We don’t just make pizza, we build it... from the crust up.
We started in pursuit of the perfect crust and found our inspiration in the sturdy, square steel pans historically found holding nuts and bolts in a machine shop. Then we rolled up our sleeves and went to work, crafting dough from hand and baking it in those same steel pans until we had a Detroit-style crust that’s crisp, lacy and brown on the bottom and tender-yet-chewy in the middle—a solid foundation for layers of cheese, and whatever inventive topping combinations we come up with next.
